Blue Ova is a leading women-owned integrative health center in San Francisco specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal care. Through acupuncture, functional medicine, and nutritional support, we empower women and couples to feel confident and in control of their reproductive health journeys.
We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator who brings genuine passion, professionalism, and heart to everything they do.
The Schedule
30+/- hours per week
- Monday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- Opportunity to add permanent 5th shift in late Fall
- Start Date: early/mid August 2026

What You'll Do
- Welcome and check patients in and out with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, phones, emails, and follow-ups
- Process payments and provide receipts accurately
- Prepare herbs and supplements for patient care
- Build deep knowledge of our services and products to confidently educate clients
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and a consistently welcoming atmosphere
- Support our practitioners and keep clinic operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand office environment

Compensation: $24–$26/hr
