Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Millwork INSTALLATION Foreman to lead our manufacturing and assembly teams in producing high-quality custom millwork installations. This role is vital in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the installation process. As a Millwork Installation Foreman, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship beat hours and plan to execute scope . The person who fits this role should have 10+ years in commercial or residential millwork installation. Casework, running trim, doors and hardware, specialties. You cannot run a crew if you have never installed these scopes
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production, read plans, manage and monitor install of carpenters
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently and jobs are completed on budget.
- Operate and oversee the use of power tools, hand tools, order materials if need be, Procore literate.
- Monitor workflow to optimize productivity while maintaining strict safety protocols across all operations.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet design specifications and SPD standards.
- Manage materials inventory, coordinate schedules and time frames of scope..
Qualifications
- Proven experience in or construction environments with a focus on millwork and carpentry installations.
- Strong knowledge related to millwork scope.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within manufacturing or construction sites.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics related to millwork projects. OSHA 30
