Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and scheduling to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue growth strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven experience with inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
