- Seeking General Dentist with ability to walk into existing patient base
- Full time - 4 or 5 day work with one Saturday half day a month
- 12 month guarantee of $200,000 with 30%+ of net revenue

Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics to restore and maintain oral health.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, oral examinations, and dental imaging to develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and care.
- Utilize dental terminology accurately for documentation, diagnosis, and communication with patients and team members.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Document all medical records meticulously in electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
- Collaborate with the dental team on four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness.
- Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery to provide innovative care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations related to medical documentation, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist.
- Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics with a focus on general dentistry; pediatric dentistry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient documentation.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.
- Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and the use of dental fabrication tools is desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
