As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our legal team through client communication, document management, record requests, and a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other professionals.
- Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic files.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare correspondence, scan documents, and assist with general office administration.
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative and case-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Legal experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
