Field Superintendent (CSA)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to support a large-scale hyperscale construction project in Boise, ID. This individual will be responsible for overseeing an assigned area of the project, managing subcontractors, driving field execution, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear growth path into Project Superintendent and broader program leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations for an assigned scope of the construction project.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors performing structural, civil, and site construction work.
- Ensure structural steel and structural concrete activities are executed according to project requirements.
- Support civil/site work, including dirt work and grading activities.
- Maintain a strong field presence and proactively resolve construction issues.
- Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance on-site.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with project standards and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Field Superintendent or Area Superintendent.
- Experience managing structural steel construction activities.
- Experience with structural concrete construction.
- Background in construction trades and field operations.
- Experience overseeing civil/site development and dirt work.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work closely with subcontractors and construction teams.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be active in the field, not solely delegate responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- General commercial building construction experience.
- Data center construction experience.
- Advanced manufacturing or industrial facility construction experience.
- Construction-related degree or formal education.
- Experience supporting large-scale mission-critical or hyperscale projects.
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
