YARD WORKER / LOADER OPERATOR
Location: Willow Springs, Missouri
Pay: $18.00/HR + DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker / Loader Operator to join our concrete company in Willow Springs, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a front-end loader and be comfortable working in an outdoor yard environment.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently.
- Load, move, and organize materials throughout the yard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
- Help with general yard and concrete-related tasks as needed.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work cooperatively with drivers, plant employees, and other team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous front-end loader experience required.
- Experience in a concrete, construction, aggregate, or industrial environment is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials.
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Schedule & Pay
- Starting pay: $18.00 +/hour
- Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays)
- Full-time position
