Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
- Clean floors thoroughly using floor care techniques suitable for different surfaces, including carpet cleaning and outdoor area maintenance when required.
- Manage janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance for optimal performance.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care methods, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor living spaces.
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
