Entry Level Business Associate Responsibilities:
- Communicate with English and Spanish speaking customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help provide backend business support and help organize new team members onboarding
- Build strong relationships by providing personalized support and guidance
- Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and business development
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up as needed
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
