About Meta Designs
Meta Designs is a custom metal fabrication shop specializing in showcase stairs, railings, and kinetic architecture including moving walls, windows, doors, and roofs. Established in 2004, we work with contractors, architects, engineers, and designers on high end custom projects throughout the construction industry.

Position Overview
The Project Manager works closely with the Owner, estimating department, design department, and shop manager to move projects from kickoff through completion. This position also works directly with customers, contractors, architects, and engineers throughout the course of each project.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. They should be able to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and understand the pace and expectations of the construction and metal fabrication industries. Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate between customers, contractors, engineers, architects, and internal departments
- Track schedules, approvals, shop drawings, and production progress
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication
- Identify and help resolve project issues before they become problems
- Complete RFQ and contract templates
- Review proposals with team members for accuracy and completeness
- Provide job costing reports and spreadsheets
- Support shop and field teams with accurate project information
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships Preferred
- Mastery of Bluebeam
Required
- Associate degree or 4+ years of project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Ability to write fabrication proposals including specifications, schedules, and contract terms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self motivated and dependable
- Effective leader
- Strong Excel skills
- Construction industry experience
- Basic understanding of ASME specifications
- Industry related BA or BS degree
- Project management software
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
