As our next Sous Chef, you’ll bring creativity, leadership, and care to the kitchen. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you’ll help lead the culinary team, deliver exceptional dishes, and ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our standards of quality and hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Support, coach, and motivate the culinary team, creating an environment built on teamwork and respect.
- Take Care of People: Prepare and oversee high-quality dishes for guests, events, and banquets while maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Include Others: Collaborate with front-of-house, banquet, and management teams to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Inspire to Succeed: Help plan menus, introduce new ideas, and maintain high standards for safety, taste, and presentation.
- Overcome Obstacles: Manage busy service periods with calm focus and problem-solving that keeps the team and guests confident.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong culinary leadership background.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and menu planning.
- Ability to coach and develop others with a positive, hands-on approach.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
