Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Pigeon Forge is a laid-back, family-friendly mountain oasis in the heart of Pigeon Forge. We’re looking for friendly, dependable Front Desk Agents who enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be one of the first and last people our guests interact with. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, guest questions, and requests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate hotel and local information.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account information.
- Respond to guest concerns and work with management to resolve issues.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Follow hotel procedures related to guest privacy, security, and cash handling.
- Assist the team with additional duties as needed.

- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities.
- Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
