Open Position
We are adding the exciting position of Safe & Vault Consultant (Kennesaw Showroom) to our company!
Help customers make confident decisions without pushy sales tactics. In this role, you will educate buyers, recommend the right solution for their goals and budget, and help ensure a smooth delivery and installation experience. We want consultative professionals who lead with integrity, ask good questions, and do what they say they will do.
What you will do:
- Welcome customers professionally, uncover their needs, and recommend the right protection solution
- Be an educator
- Build deep expertise in our products, including security features, fire protection, lock types, dimensions, and delivery requirements
- Create proposals, convert opportunities into sales, and coordinate with operations for successful delivery and installation
- Uphold a premium showroom environment that is neat, well-presented, and brand consistent
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers, and keep accurate records in our CRM
- Conduct Post-Sale followups, address customer concerns and fulfill customer needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven performance in retail or relationship-based sales, preferably in home improvement, appliances, security, or other specialty categories
- Able to explain product features and technical differences in clear, customer-friendly language
- Known for honesty, dependability, and taking ownership of results
- Highly organized, responsive, and strong in follow-through, with a team-oriented mindset
- Background and conduct that reflect professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Educational experience, middle school or high school preferred.

A Day-In-The-Life
9:30 Start the day with a team check-in on key priorities and scheduled appointments
10:00 Meet with customers, demonstrate products, and explain features such as steel thickness, fire ratings, lock types, and delivery options
2:00 Build proposals, process orders in POS, and work with the team to schedule deliveries and installs
4:00 Reconnect with customers, follow up on open opportunities, and proactively engage leads. Conduct followups for completed installations the day before.
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Store, Tuesday-Saturday. Off Days Sunday & Monday.
Nice To Have: Bilingual (Spanish or Korean). Square/Shopify POS Experience

- Must be an articulate and effective communicator
- Must be proficient with basic computer and tablet skills including Apple Devices.
- Detailed oriented, tracking customer needs through completion
- Responsible for closing sales, overcoming objections, addressing customer needs and ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Cleanliness & professionalism in both dress and manner at all times
- Proper use, care and maintenance of company equipment and inventory.
- Have, or be able to obtain, a Georgia Weapons Carry License. Valid Georgia Weapons Carry License required for employment.
- Physically be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, carry and move items up to 75 pounds without assistance.
- May unload merchandise from inbound transport depending on operational need.
- Able to work efficiently as both a team member and independently.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- All other assigned duties.
- Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability Tuesday through Saturday on location. Schedule determined by store manager. Currently Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am. - 7p.m. EST. (9:00a.m. - 5p.m. Saturday). Store hours nominally set as 10:00am - 6:00pm. May include occasional weekend or Monday hours (Home Shows)
- Requires Daily (Monday through Saturday) access to email and responding to customer inquiries. Customer inquiries must be answered within 24 hours
- Availability To Drive to Norcross Store During Initial Training & Once Each Week Thereafter for Team Meetings.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
