simpliHŌM is a real estate brokerage licensed in 22 states. Our agents closed 4,631 transactions and $2.1B in volume over the last twelve months. We are assigning Area Leaders to 213 open territories, and Charlotte is one of them.
You keep selling real estate. On top of that, you become the person accountable for growth inside one market, and you earn on every agent inside it. The ones you recruit. The ones our national team recruits. The ones who join three years from now. Your cap drops to $7,500 the day you sign.
Your territory is Charlotte Metro. Boundaries are anchored to counties. Counties are legally defined, they never move, and deeds record against them, so there is never an argument about whether a closing belongs to you. One Area Leader per territory.

Who gets this role
You are licensed in North Carolina and closed 10 or more sides in the last twelve months. You have worked this market long enough to name the top ten agents in it. Agents already call you for advice before they call their broker. When someone new joins you, they get better, not just busier.
You are not looking for a salary, a desk, or a list to blast.
Compensation
1099 independent contractor. Commission on your own transactions under a $5,000 annual cap, plus revenue share on agents inside your territory. What you earn depends on your production and theirs, so we will not put a fake number in a job post. We will show you the full model on the first call.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in North Carolina
- Closed transactions in the last twelve months
- You live in or work Charlotte Metro in person
