Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced seamstress or industrial sewing associate to join our Teton Leather team. We produce some of the best American Manufactured leather in the country and need someone with a keen eye for detail and a love for sewing.
We work 4/10's Monday-Thursday so the weekend is yours every week.

Duties
- Operate sewing machines to assemble components accurately and efficiently, adhering to production schedules.
- Perform manual leather cutting and construction tasks with precision to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Maintain strict quality standards throughout the sewing process, inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Handle materials carefully, ensuring proper storage, handling, and movement within the warehouse or production area.
- Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper machine operation and workspace organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality output.
