Responsibilities
- Assist servers by clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Support food running duties, ensuring timely delivery of orders from kitchen to guest tables
- Handle manual lifting of food trays, supplies, and equipment using safe lifting practices to prevent injury
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food handling and preparation
- Perform cleaning duties including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations to uphold cleanliness standards
- Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest services
