Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Help in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, masonry, or plumbing work.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required on-site.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
