At The Salon Professional Academy, we prepare future professionals in Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Massage Therapy through industry-leading education, hands-on learning, and a supportive culture. As our Admissions Coordinator, you'll play an important role in welcoming prospective students and helping them confidently begin their educational journey.
What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Conduct personalized campus tours that showcase our culture, programs, and opportunities.
- Learn each student's goals and help determine which program best fits their career aspirations.
- Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process from first inquiry to orientation.
- Communicate consistently through phone calls, text messages, email, and virtual meetings to provide encouragement and support.
- Maintain accurate records and manage prospective student activity within our CRM.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid and Education teams to create a seamless enrollment experience.
- Represent The Salon Professional Academy at open houses, career fairs, high school events, community events, and recruitment activities.
- Help create an exceptional first impression that reflects our values and commitment to student success.
What We're Looking For

- A positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service.
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Sales, admissions, recruiting, education, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience presenting to individuals and small groups is a plus.
