Full Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Preparing made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle.
Restocking kitchen for subsequent shifts.
Plates prepared foods based on the chef’s guidance.
Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Line, production, and pantry experience preferred but not required.
Ability to demonstrate safe food handling procedures.
Strong communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach, and twist
