OEM Customer Support Coordinator (Hyundai/Kia)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OEM Customer Support Coordinator to support communications and coordination activities with Hyundai and Kia OEM customers, including HMMA, KaGA, and HMGMA.
This position will work closely with HQ teams, internal departments, and OEM customer contacts to support new program development, customer requests, quality issue tracking, and reporting activities.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This employer will consider candidates eligible for H1-B transfer.
Key Responsibilities
OEM Customer Communication (HMMA / KaGA / HMGMA)
- Support communication with OEM customers including HMMA, KaGA, and HMGMA
- Assist in receiving and tracking customer requests
- Coordinate information between customers, HQ teams, and internal departments
- Maintain customer communication records and action item lists
Program & Development Support
- Assist with prototype and sample shipment coordination
- Track OEM development schedules and milestones
- Support ISIR and customer documentation submissions
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for customer meetings
Quality Support
- Assist in tracking customer quality concerns and field claims
- Support investigation activities by collecting data and information
- Coordinate returned parts and quality samples when required
- Maintain quality records and issue tracking databases
- Support quality activities during new model launches
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer activity reports
- Assist with 4M and Engineering Change documentation
- Organize customer requirements and distribute information internally
- Support cross-functional meetings and follow-up activities
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency
Preferred:
- Korean fluency (preferred)
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or automotive industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes (preferred)
- Experience using Excel for reporting and data analysis (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
