Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is hiring a motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing insurance team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales and financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and referrals
- Identify customer needs and recommend auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals and production targets
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial service products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
- Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Performance-based bonuses
- Total compensation: $45,000–$90,000+ annually
Qualifications:
- Sales experience, insurance sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Licensing Requirements:
- Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
