Colorado's fastest growing private music lesson business, with two locations, is looking for a new, full-time front desk team member.
Roughly 40 hours per week.

$19.00 per hour with raises and performance evaluations, 80 hours of PTO (paid time off) annually, and even more bonuses and incentives as the company grows.

No music or music education experience is required.
SCHEDULE (40 hours per week):
Training takes about 2 weeks, schedule for training will vary from below. Looking for someone flexible with scheduling as well.
NOTE: Once trained, a schedule within any of these shifts will be assigned. Applicants MUST be able to be flexible to work any shift, but it will settle in on 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off per week, after training is completed.
Monday - Friday shifts : 8:00 AM - 4 PM, OR: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday shifts: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

JOB DUTIES:
-Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
- Being extremely enthusiastic and willing to work hard to delight customers.
-Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
-An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
-If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
-Registering clients
-Processing paperwork

-Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
