Job Title: Property Acquisition Specialist Company: Renovoy Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Commission-Based Work Location: Onsite / Field-Based in DFW Job Description: Renovoy is looking for a motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate investment team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is focused on speaking with property owners, identifying potential investment opportunities, gathering property information, and supporting the acquisitions process from initial conversation to contract. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable speaking with sellers, and have an interest in real estate investment, acquisitions, or wholesaling. Responsibilities: Speak with property owners and motivated sellers Identify off-market and investment property opportunities Gather property details, seller motivation, timeline, and asking price Follow up with leads and maintain accurate pipeline notes Assist with basic property analysis and offer preparation Coordinate with the internal team to move qualified opportunities toward contract Maintain professional communication with sellers and team members Qualifications: Real estate, sales, acquisitions, or wholesaling experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a commission-based role Organized, reliable, and professional Ability to work onsite and in the field within the DFW area Basic understanding of real estate investment is a plus Compensation: This is a commission-based role. Compensation is based on successful acquisitions and closed opportunities. Full commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
