Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and friendly Full-time or Part-time Front Desk Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting the seamless operation of our hotel.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage reservations and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Assist with check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Answer phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
