What You'll Do
- Assist licensed technicians on residential and light commercial projects
- Learn and develop skills in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home service systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
- Continue learning through company-paid training and certifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least one (1) year of hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or another closely related skilled trade.
- Previous experience as an apprentice in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or another skilled trade.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn multiple trades.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of field experience in at least one skilled trade before applying.
