Join our dedicated team as a Residential Care Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and smooth operation of our residential care facility. Duties
- Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to their needs
- Prepare, handle, and serve resident meals and snacks in strict accordance with ServSafe protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety
- Monitor and accommodate specific dietary guidelines and portion controls to ensure the nutritional needs of all residents are met
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure proper care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident activities, incidents, and care plans
- Conduct routine safety checks of the facility, including fire safety and kitchen/security protocols
- Assist residents with as needed, promoting dignity and independence
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and continuity of care
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with residents, families, and staff
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices (ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night/overnight hours while maintaining vigilance for safety issues
- Prior office or caregiving experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail

Schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday morning shift also available.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
