In continuing to grow, KELSCH ASSOCIATES NJ is currently looking for Full Time Program Managers at our Group Homes and Supervised Apartments
Qualified candidates must have 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities of a Manager:
Ensure compliance with DDD/ DHS Licensing and Quality Assurance Standards
Knowledge of and monitor compliance with Kelsch Associates NJ Policies and Procedures
Implement and role model Agency philosophy when interacting with individuals served
Mentor staff through teamwork, role modeling, and on-going training
Implement all steps necessary to promote independence and growth and to ensure individuals served can achieve their personal goals:
TEACH, EMPOWER, ATTAIN, MAINTAIN
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and abstract which does not exceed 5 points
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment process including mandatory drug testing, Central Registry, fingerprint and child abuse clearances, and physical evaluation.
High School Diploma/GED required.
