Essential Duties:

Sales Projects
-
Restock Snacks/Clean Coffee Machine
-
CI expert
-
Greet guests with custom presentation
-
Farewell to customer
-
Answer Phones for Sales
-
Track Floor Time Sales
-
Daily check about hospitality level in the showroom (e.g. cleanliness, availability of beverages, marketing material, magazines, decorations)
-
Daily check of bathrooms
-
Maintenance of digital touchpoints/ technical showroom equipment (such as controlling Digital Signage, Sound System, VRCC, DRRC App, Showroom Assistant, etc.)

Being aware of appointments in the showroom for the following day to ensure hospitality (e.g. greeting with customer name, providing preferred refreshments, quick guidance to the right counterpart etc.)
Qualifications:
-
Experience in luxury service and guest relations, such as roles in concierge, gastronomy/waitstaff, reception, or other hospitality professions.
