Looking for someone to work on these days and hours
Wednesday 4 pm to 10 pm
Thursday 4 pm to 10 pm
Fridays 4 pm to 1030 pm
Saturday 4 pm to 1030 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food handling and sanitation protocols
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients and suggesting improvements based on kitchen operations
- Handle food with care, adhering to food safety regulations and proper knife skills for precision cutting
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant, catering, or dietary department is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Proficiency in knife skills, meal preparation, and food service operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Knowledge of menu planning, food safety practices, and general kitchen experience is preferred
