This position is a PRN Home health role for an Occupational Therapist within a 30 mile radius Henryetta, OK. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating plans of care, treating patients with physical impairments, implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities, and monitoring patient progress. The role also includes providing patient education and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
