We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working as part of a team. As the first face patients see, you will be central to creating a smooth, welcoming experience, balancing multiple tasks at once while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff to keep our practice running efficiently.
We are looking for candidate that has the:

- Strong multitasking ability — comfortable juggling phones, check-ins, and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable and confident with technology — EHR systems, scheduling software, and digital tools

- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and coworkers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office training a plus
Preferred qualifications
- Preferred Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or other languages strongly encouraged to apply)
- 1+ year of experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare front desk role
- Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, or similar systems
