Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Concierge

Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and creating exceptional patient experiences? We are seeking a Patient Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and prospective clients.
Position Summary
The Patient Concierge plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by managing incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, maintaining accurate lead records, and supporting our Patient Care Coordinators. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, leads, and visitors
- Enter, update, and maintain lead information in our CRM system
- Monitor and manage email inboxes to ensure timely and accurate communication
- Respond to patient and lead inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging
- Support Patient Care Coordinators with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments as needed
- Maintain organized patient records and documentation
- Ensure all communications are handled promptly and professionally
- Help maintain a welcoming, polished, and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, patient concierge, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in healthcare, plastic surgery, aesthetics, or medical office settings is a plus

Pay: $16.60 - $19.99 per hour
