Experienced HVAC Installer Tucson
Advantage Home Performance is looking to hire a residential HVAC replacement installer to join our team in Tucson. We have been in business for 23+ year and won the BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics in 2019.
We are looking for positive and hardworking individual who is searching for long-term employment. Must be a team player who is willing to mentor installers with less experience. We are busy all year long. We do not have a slow season.
This is a growth position. The person we hire must have a passion for learning about the trade. We expect the individual we hire to eventually become BPI Certified (Building Performance Institute Certified). This is truly a great opportunity for an individual who has a growth mindset.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years residential retrofit replacement experience.
- General construction experience is a plus
- Computer skills
- EPA certified or willing to obtain certification
- NATE certification (a plus)
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a drug test

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime required as needed.
