About the Role
As a Production Operator II, you’ll play an essential role on our production floor, helping to manufacture food products safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail. Whether operating equipment, preparing materials, or assisting with line changeovers, you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps the operation running smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing great work, every shift.
What You’ll Do

Operate machinery to support the flow of products on the line

Inspect containers, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy

Bring materials to the line according to the daily production schedule

Clean and maintain equipment and workstations

Work with Quality Assurance to meet all safety and product specs

Follow food safety practices including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs

Complete required documentation accurately and legibly

Report any production issues or safety concerns immediately

Maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment

Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

Willingness to be trained; prior food manufacturing experience is a plus

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support different tasks

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Forklift experience is helpful but not required
