Innerlight Consulting and Therapeutic Services is seeking independently licensed Maryland clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, or equivalent) to practice within the InnerLight Transformative Model — an outcomes-driven, research-aligned, and publishable approach to mental health care. We welcome clinicians who are considering further education or exploring doctoral-level training and want experience in a model-based, outcomes-informed environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs, including diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing the Innerlight Transformative Model.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability.
- Manage case documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards, CPT coding, and medical terminology for accurate record keeping.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on our Innerlight Seekers treatment plans, including working with children, individuals, and famelies.
- Conduct research and data collection to monitor treatment outcomes and improve therapeutic intervention.
- Provide telehealth services using secure platforms to expand access to care across diverse populations.
Experience
- Proven experience in clinical counseling or mental health therapy with a focus on behavioral health or psychological services.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, or elderly populations in outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience delivering trauma-informed care for PTSD patients or individuals facing grief or loss.
- Skilled in crisis management techniques for acute mental health episodes or behavioral crises.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
