We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatrics and ASD to join our team!
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and design individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on independent needs.

Deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions to achieve targeted goals for children and the young adult population.

Implement treatment interventions to improve motor deficits, self-regulation challenges, and daily life skills to promote client independence and enhance their overall quality of life.

Train and support other clinicians and education staff as appropriate.

Participate as a member of the Case Conference Committee.

Assumes the responsibility and accountability for the care of patients being treated by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Maintain client records, progress information, goal achievement/ mastery of skills, and update treatment plans.

Complete weekly billing information.

Work and communicate with a multifaceted and dynamic team of professionals, collaborating to assist clients cohesively.

Report Directly to Clinical Services Director
Qualifications:
-
Must have and maintain IN Occupational Therapy license.
-
Two years of experience preferred; experience working with autistic population ages 5-21 ideal.

Experience with other developmental disorders accepted.

Must be able to work in partnership with a passionate team of clinicians.

Must work independently to conduct assessments and deliver therapy services with minimal guidance or assistance.

Must have a Master’s Degree in a related field.

Must pass an IN Criminal background check.

Must enjoy working with children and young adults.
