Job Title: Lead Civil / Structural Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Structural Engineer III to join our team. As the Senior CSA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. You will lead and oversee the civil, structural, and architectural design and engineering activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CSA engineering team, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Oversee the development of civil, structural, and architectural design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets related to CSA engineering activities.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to CSA engineering.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) / Structural Engineer (SE) license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CSA engineering design and management, preferably in the EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, AISC, IBC).
- Experience with various structural analysis and design software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Availability for ~25% business travel
- Availability to be in the office when not traveling 80 – 90 % of the time. There is marginal remote flexibility.
Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
