About the Role
Mission San Jose Mortgage is seeking motivated individuals who hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or have passed the SAFE MLO exam. This role involves assisting clients with residential mortgage applications and working closely with internal processing teams and lender partners to move loan files from application through closing.
This position is well-suited for professionals who are organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Review mortgage loan applications and collect required documentation
- Guide borrowers through each stage of the loan process
- Communicate with processors, lenders, and third-party partners
- Maintain and manage an active loan pipeline
- Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations
Qualifications
- Active MLO license or SAFE MLO exam passed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Relationship-building and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Compensation
