Mission
The objective of the position of Admissions Representative is to present complete and detailed information to prospective students concerning Career Care Institute’s programs, policies, admission requirements, tuition and fees, program objectives, job descriptions of graduates, and statistical information about the school.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Admissions Representative is responsible for the following duties:
- Schedule appointments
- Submit weekly reports/audits
- Follow up on leads
- File paperwork
- Data entry using student software to document any notes on students or potential students
- Answer phones and take messages
- Greet students and clients
- General office duties (answering emails, filing, etc.)
- Cooperate with the Campus Director, Administrators, Receptionist, Student Services, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Instructors
- Clock in and out accordingly
- Refrain from using a mobile phone in the office during work hours
- Participate in Orientation and Open House events
- Distribute books and supplies to students
- Meet enrollment goals set by the Campus Director
- Attend promotional activities for the school when necessary/as assigned
- Provide notice of extended leave six months in advance
- Help students and prospective students contact requested or appropriate personnel or acquire requested information
- Attend all staff required meetings
- Report any major problems to the Campus Director
- Uphold and enforce all school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
- Demonstrate professional demeanor and boundaries at all times with students and with staff
- Maintain confidentiality regarding staff and student matters, handling all issues and discussions with professionalism and respect
- Submit daily reports
- General office duties
- Discourage office disruptions or engaging in excessive talking regarding non-school-related matters
- Familiarize yourself thoroughly with the school policy via the CCI Catalog/Handbook
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills
- Post-Secondary Education Credentials and/or 1+ years’ experience in related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills required
- Ability to work on a team and work independently required
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
- Positive attitude required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
