Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting‑edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key‑cutting and programming van.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week
- Thursday-Monday
- 8am-5pm EST
Pay: $65,000 + uncapped commissions
Job Description:
- Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians.
- Provide car key duplication & programming (standard, chip, fob, remote)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real-world problems quickly
- Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance
- Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional
- Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed.
Must haves:
- Experience programming and cutting car keys
- Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc)
- Customer service mindset & strong communication
- Comfortable working with and leading others
- Tech‑savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
