Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, electrical repairs, and plumbing maintenance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities by conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance and addressing emergency issues promptly.
Duties Include:
· Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
· Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and prioritize tasks accordingly.
· Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues and make necessary repairs.
· Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets.
· Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects and repair as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory of supplies and equipment.
· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance of the property.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role with experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC, electrical work, or plumbing is a plus.
· Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
