A Day in the Life
- Review daily appointment books and identify reservations with opportunities for products, services, and packages
- Set daily goals and communicate goals with staff on duty
- Greet guests and check them in for their reservations, entertaining them with pleasant and appropriate conversation according to company guidelines, assessing opportunities to enhance their experience by educating them on products, services, packages, and rewards
- Book guest reservations accurately and efficiently while providing an excellent guest experience. Encouraging guests to book their next visit in center.
- Check guests out after their reservations efficiently and accurately, and reminding them of opportunities for savings, promotions, and their best possible experience.
- Identify new guests and create new guest profiles by acquiring guests’ contact information and explaining center policies, such as the medication and late policy
- respond to guests’ inquiries, review online bookings, and answer phone calls professionally and pleasantly in a busy salon environment
- Handles confidential information, including guest contact information, with a high degree of integrity
- Confirms reservations by calling guests 1-2 days before the guests’ reservation
- Deescalates upset guests and offers a resolve to their concern when unable to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to the appropriate resource.
- Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
- Notifies Guest Relations Center Manager of any questions or concerns presented by guest or the team.
- Ensures desk area and shared spaces are clean and in good working order at end of shift.

- Ability to identify opportunities for improving outcomes by confidently educating guests and communicating goals an opportunities with teammates
- Strong verbal communication skills. Sales experience is a plus!
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback from team and management
- Ability to handle escalated guests with confidence and professionalism.
- Must be able to work well with the team.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively, working expected scheduled shifts with minimal interruptions and requesting time off in a timely manner
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements
- Must be a team player and pick up shifts, if needed
