The Apex Asphalt Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business through proactive prospecting, relationship-building and consistent outreach. This role requires a motivated, self-starting individual who takes ownership of their pipeline and upholds the Apex Asphalt brand in every interaction - both in the field and online.
General Qualifications
● Proven ability to self-manage, meet activity quotas, and follow through on commitments
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable with digital outreach tools, CRM platforms, and social media for business
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person sales calls when required
● Previous sales experience preferred; asphalt, construction, or trades background is a plus
Pay: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
