Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues involving electrical wiring, plumbing
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects or upgrades to existing units to enhance facility functionality.
- Proven Maintenance Technician with a strong background in home and apartment maintenance. Painting, clean outs, drywall repair, landscaping, extermination, minor electrical and plumbing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building upgrades is a plus.
- Must have own vehicle preferably truck or van and own tools.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
