Part-Time Administrative Assistant
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and professional
Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone and email
- Greet and assist visitors and clients as they arrive
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- File, scan, and organize documents
- Assist with office correspondence and administrative projects
- Maintain office supplies and support general office operations
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
