Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently hiring compassionate and dependable home care caregivers in the Shawano area for flexible day and evening shift opportunities.
As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and household tasks
- Promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence at home
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families
- Create positive moments that truly make a difference
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
