Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, etc. to meet individual client needs. (Lash application experience would be a real plus!)
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their overall experience and promote wellness.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment procedures clearly, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually enhance service offerings.
- Support the sales of retail skincare products by demonstrating their benefits and encouraging client purchases.
Skills
- Proven expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to uphold health standards.
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products with a focus on client education and product recommendations.
- Effective communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients during consultations and treatments.
- Knowledge of cosmetology practices combined with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
Should have at least 2 years experience. Applicants with current customer base will be given special consideration. Sign-on bonus after 90 successful days of employment.
