Position Overview
We are looking for an HVAC Helper who is eager to learn and grow within our family-owned business. You will be helping with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems.
This is an entry-level position that is ideal for individuals who want to grow within the HVAC and electrical industry. You will receive on-the-job training with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and take on more responsibility.
There will also be opportunities for overtime during busy times of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with the installation and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Assist with the installation and repair of electrical systems.
- Carry and organize tools and equipment needed for jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Perform basic tasks such as cleaning HVAC components and replacing filters.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional and courteous.
