What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:-
Learn to safely set up, operate, and maintain high-volume mail inserting equipment

Lead a small team while monitoring machine performance and ensuring production goals are met

Verify production paperwork and job tickets to ensure mail pieces are processed accurately

Sort, package, and prepare completed mail according to postal regulations and shipping requirements

Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine housekeeping around equipment

Report machine malfunctions, production delays, or quality concerns to the shift supervisor promptly
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:-
Must have at least 3–6 months of production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience within the last 2 years

Must be able to read basic instructions, write simple information, and perform basic math calculations

Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift in a fast-paced production environment

Must be able to frequently bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds

Good close, distance, and peripheral vision to safely monitor fast-moving machinery

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work while following safety procedures
