The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the unloading of containers, ensuring accurate yard checks, and maintaining effective communication with warehouse staff and upper management. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Supervise and coordinate the unloading of containers in a timely and safe manner.

Conduct yard checks to ensure accuracy and organization of inventory.

Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding daily operations.

Train and mentor staff on best practices for receiving and inventory management.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or issues to management.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of receipt and inventory data.

Ensure all Containers and receivables are unloaded verified and received and put away

Ensure all Lot # and Expirations are inputted correctly.

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Proven experience in a supervisory role

Familiarity with container unloading processes

Receiving Experience 3+ Years.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
